This is a thief company, I had call from a man Tas Feshias working for them, for new property sales he said the property value over 320,000 and given me discount offer for 300,000 and took 1000 deposit after that in few days my wife was in the area, and saw the building and went inside and was a sales team, and had offer from them for same property just different apart number even bigger size for only 260,000 When we went to the bank to get mortgage the evolution from the bank came to only 230,000 the property value So he was lying to me in 70,000 k That is a thief company to allow one of their worker do that i have a lawyer with all document and messages from them and the builder and how they robbing people... LOSE MONEY INVESTING WITH ASPEN WOOLF. I had purchased an investment package with these lot back in 2018 and it was expected to be fully built by 2019 fall and begin generating revenue. However it's the end of 2020 and the place is still in development. I'm not even allowed to see the building / process in person. After many delays and court battles lasting almost 2years I have begun and started getting my money back. I should of just explored other options than to go with these lot. Clearly don't have your best interest at heart. Just false hopes and dreams... Read more

Bad investments deals. No proper due diligence, and more focus on just getting you to sign over money. Shoddy investment packages and no one gets back to you after you signed over your deal. Getting your money back is like getting blood out of a stone. If you're an investor and WANT TO LOSE MONEY try Aspen Woolf.
