If i could leave 0* I would.

Lived amongst mice, rats and broken windows since day 1. The window was fixed after 7 months (they broke it before I moved in), and the vermin infestation never ceased and continues to this day.

They entered the property multiple times without our permission, and regularly flouted any contractual boundaries.

They seem to get away with this subpar service because they work on behalf of a trust, claiming they have no money to fix any issues at the property. Not being able to complete contractual obligations is obviously a huge red flag for any lettings agency!

Avoid at all costs (unless you have a particular interest in living alongside mice).

We cannot recommend Aspire highly enough and Sarah and Emily in particular. They are a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents where lying and poor customer service is generally the norm. We were searching for a property and right from the outset they took the time to listen carefully to understand our needs and subsequently only contacted us to view relevant properties. Most estate agents just add you to their bulk mailing list so you receive a constant stream of unsuitable listings but this was not the case with Aspire. During viewings they were honest and transparent and always responded to subsequent enquiries in a timely manner. They also always followed up viewings with a feedback call, which you would expect if you were selling through them but is certainly not the case with their local competitors! Therefore, whether you are buying or selling a property in Oundle or the surrounding area, these are definitely the guys to use!!

Emily and Sarah have been incredible from start to finish always at the other end of the phone if I needed anything at all - there were a few difficult circumstances but they were very helpful in overcoming them and I really did appreciate all the support they gave me - could not rate them any more highly :)

Emily, Sarah, and the other agents are wonderful to work with Aspire Lettings. We have been letting flats and a home with them for the last two years and their customer service is excellent. They are quick to address any issues while letting, and they provide continual reassurance in the letting process. We have loved the many locations we have let from them. They are all very personable as well, making my family and I feel very welcome as we are living abroad in England from America. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking dedicated customer service, beautiful properties, and a high standard of quality and care.

We bought our home from Aspire and I have to say that we probably had more contact and service from them than from our own estate agent.
They were on the ball and did all they could to assist us in our purchase (despite our awkward buyer) and went above and beyond what they needed to do. No one gets paid enough to listen to me 'letting off steam' but Sarah was always patient and very friendly. When I sell a house I would want to use them as I'd have complete confidence that they'd do all they could. First rate.

After recently making a purchase in Oundle I would certainly recommend Emily and her team at Aspire to other potential buyers — I found these guys actually took the time to listen to what we were searching for and found an ideal match rather than wasting our time and showing property that we had no intention of purchasing. I have been so lucky to have had Sarah and Emily at Aspire help with the sale of my late uncle's house. As I don't live in Oundle it was important that I had an estate agent I could trust and also to help me organise things like running repairs and getting the meters read at completion. They have been extremely good at keeping me informed with feedback and advice. I am very pleased to be able to pass my uncle's house on to buyers who I am confident will love the house as much as he did.
