If i could leave 0* I would.

Lived amongst mice, rats and broken windows since day 1. The window was fixed after 7 months (they broke it before I moved in), and the vermin infestation never ceased and continues to this day.

They entered the property multiple times without our permission, and regularly flouted any contractual boundaries.

They seem to get away with this subpar service because they work on behalf of a trust, claiming they have no money to fix any issues at the property. Not being able to complete contractual obligations is obviously a huge red flag for any lettings agency!

Avoid at all costs (unless you have a particular interest in living alongside mice).

I have been so lucky to have had Sarah and Emily at Aspire help with the sale of my late uncle's house. As I don't live in Oundle it was important that I had an estate agent I could trust and also to help me organise things like running repairs and getting the meters read at completion. They have been extremely good at keeping me informed with feedback and advice. I am very pleased to be able to pass my uncle's house on to buyers who I am confident will love the house as much as he did.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review as the treatment my sister has received from these agents and the associated landlord has been utterly disgusting. As if it wasn't bad enough that the property was in a dire state cleanliness wise, along with a single wall being painted vomit green, one of the large windows in the living area was cracked and seemed like it could break at any minute. You would expect this to be fixed immediately, however it actually took 7 months for it to be fixed, by which point my sister had reached breaking point and had started the purchase of a new property. However, the window was not the worst of the issues, as around 4 months into their tenancy my sister and her boyfriend found that there was a rat infestation. Again, you would expect this to be tended to as a matter of urgency given the health and safety risk, yet when told about the issue the company advised my sister to just get some traps herself instead of them hiring a professional to clear the problem, which would be fulfilling their contractual duty. Of course that would be too much to ask of a lettings agent and a landlord. Do not use this lettings agent unless you want to be constantly messed around for the duration of your tenancy.

From the outset I have been very impressed by Emily’s and her team’s expertise, professionalism and trustworthiness. Attention to detail, their local market knowledge, and connections with local tradesperson are all first class. Matters are raised and resolved quickly with appropriate liaison with the landlord.
