An absolute nightmare! Took them nearly six months to find a tenant. Then paperwork not provided, unpaid rents and billed for work but no receipts. The company keeps pheonixing. It is now called; Watson Edwards Estates (Ltd). I wish that I would of read all of the reviews about this company before entrusting them.... Read more

Beware of this company. Although I’ve read reviews that deposits have been stolen, this company didn’t get the opportunity to do this in my case. However, I can state ( and prove) they are not compliant and do not have CMP and their contracts are a basis of fraudulent misrepresentation. Check them out on Companies House. If you have any problems, get in touch with their regulatory body, currently PRS. Definitely make sure you also report to Trading Standards.... Read more

I wish I would of read previous reviews before doing business with Harrison. Nothing but false promises & lies which are all on my email trail . Accused of not paying for an EPC and & CCJ brought by Harrison, problem is no invoice or certificate was ever sent to me . He hides behind a pretence of fraud & dishonesty.... Read more

Avoid this as much as you can, never kept to his word about things that needed fixing In The house, I was left with no heating or fire over winter, he kept my deposit and never put it into a deposit scheme, kept the rent I was paying to them and not paying it to the landlord, cleaners went into property before I moved in, and spiced the kitchen with water whilst cleaning and shorted the electric hob out, later find out botched job to fix it with dodgy wiring and tape. Thankfully my landlords has taken new agents for my property and things are finally getting sorted... Read more

I was looking for short tenancy and on advertisement of room was stated no min and no max term. So I paid money of first month rent and deposit. Then on contract appeared min 6 months term so I pulled out. Now, after 5 months Harrison Clayton do not return money for rent and don't release deposit, also don't call back, and don't respond to emails.... Read more

Unfortunately this company is anything but "assured". Failing to protect tenants deposits, or to pass on rent collected to the landlord. No responses. A constant barrage of lies, despite repeated chasing and attempts to sort things out amicably. This is just the tip of the iceberg, of what we have experienced with Harrison. Avoid this shambles of a company like the plague... Read more

I had been looking for a house to rent for 3 months and was struggling to get anything until I got in touch with Assured Estate Agents. Any properties that came up that we’re available, they rang me straight away to book a viewing for me. They’ve been extremely helpful and polite throughout the whole process and now thanks to them I’ve finally got my first house.
