Not a great experience, would not use them again! Had one price drop, one price adjustment...14 weeks of advertisement and no sale. For sale board even took 13 weeks+ to put up.... Read more

I advertised with Taylor Walsh for 14 weeks(they could not even arrange to put their for sale board until the last day of advertisement), to assist them I made one price adjustment and had one price drop, still no sale. If they struggle to sell houses that are valued at less then 300k(in Wolverton), hate to imagine how they would do in areas where house prices start from 500k upwards. My advice would be, don't follow the hype. I had to waste 14 weeks and take a loss of £10k+ to realise this!... Read more

Our experience with Taylor Walsh was a postive one. We were shown several properties by George he was attentive and very well informed about the property market and about Milton Keynes in general. My husband and I have met a fair share of estate agents and we can confidently say that Taylor Walsh are a very effiecent and professional company when dealing with customers. Historically we usually deal with nationwide estate agents but this company has really changed our views about independent estate agents. So do not be put off by the fact they are a smaller organisation be assured that this agency are highly professional,courteous and go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Ask for George he is fabulous at his job and has amazing business ethics which are rare to come across in the property world.... Read more

We have sold our flat with Astley Sharpe Estate Agent. I would recommend everybody to use them if they want an honest estate agent who gives regular updates. Within days of viewing and taking pictures of our property it was on the market and viewers started to come in. Thanks to Barry we received feedback following each one and within a week our flat sold. The selling process took some time as the housing association was very slow to release documents, but both Barry and Craig has chased them every day. All way through the process the buyers were regularly informed. We are very happy with the service we received and every estate agent should be like Astley Sharpe! Thanks guys!!!! ... Read more

We have sold our last 3 houses with Astley Sharpe and can genuinely say they are without a shadow of a doubt our "go to agents". They are the only estate agents we would recommend in the Milton Keynes area. If they can help you , they will, and if they think you are totally off your head, they have a gentle way of telling you, but at the end of the day, they will give you a honest assessment. Barry and Craig know their market and they know their clients (we have dealt with them since 2002) - even when we are being obnoxiously predictable in our responses to the rough and tumble of buying and selling - they have always behaved with professionalism, and courtesy. Both Barry and Craig manage to stay calm even when you are not, and guide you through the whole process. This time, once again, we had no problems, we asked their advice, followed it, et voila - the house sold. In addition, they ensured the paperwork was in order and they did a lot of the legwork involving the solicitors. They did the same for our daughter and son- in law - so the whole family is happy! So, if you want an "honest" and competent estate agent talk to Craig or Barry - they are in this business for the long haul - not for a fast buck. Thanks Craig and Barry.... Read more

Astley Sharpe are without doubt the best estate agent in Milton Keynes. We have dealt with quite a few over the years and having bought, sold and bought through them I feel qualified to write this review. Craig and Barry certainly do not fit the stereotypical estate agent mould. At no stage did we feel under any pressure to do anything, they took quite some time to meet with us after each viewing and discuss the status and really went the extra mile in both selling our house and helping us to find a new house to buy, as we were fairly fussy. At times I received emails or updates from them well out of office hours, which is much appreciated when you are very busy, how many other estate agents check and respond to email out of hours?! They seem to know just about every property and owner in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area, they know the market, and they are genuinely very easy and honest to deal with. It is in no small part due to the way they interact with people that our move was so straightforward and that we found a home we love. We would recommend them without hestitation and will continue to ask for their help with any future property transactions.... Read more
