Joanne is very professional, thorough, responsive, hard working, extremely good at her job and she went above and beyond in all aspects of my sale and purchase. I was in a large chain and due to unforeseen circumstances with my sale, I hit many difficulties and complications along the way. Attwood and Co assisted us with the purchase of our family home. We were under immense pressure as we needed to complete before the stamp duty holiday on 30th June. I have to say Dhammika was absolutely amazing, she always responded to my emails and always available on the phone. Don't waste your time. Completely messed up my SALE and then had to report them to the Ombudsman before they admitted their error and bloody rude on top of it. So now they are trying to cover yourselves by putting my business out there and THREATENING me at the same time. I have had issues with your firm for messing up my SALE not Purchase, my error and yes I do have records of this with the Ombudsman, this is not a lie. I have it on record from your Hazara Patel that there was an oversight on her part. This is not Libel, this is fact and I have the receipts. I was not happy with the Tone of your company responses to my complaint. It felt like a personal attack when I paid for a service that was unsatisfactory (the ombudsman's terminology not mine). I AM JUST EXPRESSING MY EXPERIENCE AND THAT IS MY RIGHT.... Read more

Found Sue very helpful and she took the time to explain the process to me so I understood what was happening and when.
