I purchased a buy to let property at auction through Shonki Brothers. Kal Sangra and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. As a first time buyer, not to mention first time auction investor, I was clueless about the process. I have no doubt that without Kal's advice and expertise this time pressured sale would not have been successful. Kal and his team walked me through the process and were available to answer queries in a prompt manner and give me advice at all times of the day. The team at Shonki Brothers is extremely professional, well connected and correspondence throughout has been straight to the point, courteous and timely. I felt well taken care of throughout and I would highly recommend their services.

Having recently bought a property at auction with Kal Sangra estate agents, I would highly recommend them given their professionalism, responsiveness and excellent service.
The team made the purchase process extremely pleasant, starting with the initial viewing, through to auction and completion. The purchase was seamless and all queries were dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

As a partner of a restaurant that this company manage in Leicester the experience has been absolutely dreadful. Totally ignore all communication regarding serious issues and massively effecting our business. I would avoid this company as a landlord and tenant, do not go near them.
