I had an excellent spa day at Hampton Spa. I had a lovely sparkling afternoon tea on the terrace, really delicious food and the service was great. Nothing was too much trouble. I was collected for my treatment. Cara was an excellent therapist and I had a really relaxing scrub and massage, definitely worked on some knots as needed! I have already recommended to friends and family and will definitely return (either to the restaurant or spa, or both!).... Read more

I just had a top- class full body massage with Agata. She is brilliant! Skilful and knowledgeble. I can't recommend her highly enough! Super relaxing environment in a beautiful setting! Staff are amazing and make your experience as relaxing as possible. I have had many spa days here which have been incredible, with a super amazing afternoon tea, at an incredible price! I also regularly have my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and results are always first class. Salon is also amazing, the girls have transformed my hair many times, each time it looks amazing.... Truly magical place! Came in with a friend for an afternoon tea & spa day. We were welcomed with a smile by everyone! Reception, Restaurant staff, Spa staff, Hairdressers - everyone tried to make us feel special! And they certainly did! Premises are stunning, clean, beautifully decorated, food was so delicious and nicely presented. Best bit... Spa! Omg! We both agreed!!! We just can't get over it! ???? Rooms were warm, cosy and we swear - both therapist had magic hands! It was just incredible! ???? Thank you so much for this truly magical experience! We've had the best time and we will return! V Sale

Our therapist did not show up for work so after an hour or so hanging around by the cold pool (overlooking entrance and not very glam) we were sent away! From what we saw the treatment rooms looked lovely and changing area was very nice (bit small) but we weren't given any info and had to chase them up several times to find out what was happening as our treatment time came and went. As we'd booked afternoon tea (room looked nice enough as we saw that in advance) the lady on reception told us if we couldn't cancel that we'd have to pay and come back for treatment another day. As it was hard enough to find a time for two mum's of young kids to get together for a catch up this was never going to fly. We then had to find something else to do at short notice on our mum's day off which was a faff and stressful, but we managed it! Wouldn't bother with this place though, would find a proper spa for your special day out instead.... Read more

Took my sister for her 25th birthday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful, modern and clean spa rooms, pool area and changing rooms. The afternoon tea was delicious and could be enjoyed in the stunning dining area or outside on the sun soaked terrace. The best spa I have been to! Can't wait to go back and take my mum! (Only slight downside to note was no hot tub).... Read more
