Myself and my 2 housemates have just extended our contract for the second time as we are so comfortable in our current home and having Austin Bond as our agents has been a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies we've dealt with in the past. Aggresive crooks. They come in and accuse you of the mould which is at no fault of your own. We even had the windows open all year round. I guarantee you all the good reviews here are written by Austin Bonds themselves. They are very aggresive and intimidating during the property inspection where you will be accused of all manner of problems. Paul is particularly aggresive and unpleasant. A bully if I put it politely. Please check the profile of all the good reviews and they have only 1 contribution which flags them as fake accounts.... Read more

Highly recommend this agency. A year ago they found me a house which was close to university and they also helped me find my house mates when I left my accommodation to the very last minute. They always attended to any issues which weren’t much anyway and they had empathy when I had financial and personal issues which affected the house. I've been contacting Patricia whenever I needed help with anything to do with the flat and she has always been very supportive, proactive, professional and polite.
