Recently we bought a house for rent. Sky was fantastic and helped us a lot to buy a house. She is professional and asset to winkworth. Carolina Garcia was very helpful as well. I asked advice from Gibson (letting department manager) regarding good area to buy a house to let and what kind of property I should buy. . He was great and professional and when I bought a house , Toke ( very friendly and professional) found me a very good tenant in less than a week. I had a great experience selling my property with Winkworth recently. Sky was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond to help me. Emails, phone calls and my many questions and queries were answered promptly and professionally. Her customer service is second to none. My only regret is that I didn't switch to Winkworth sooner. wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star. Very unprofessional, my partner and I had an appointment at 3:30pm today to view a property and our estate agent didn’t even bother turning up for the appointment. We did not receive a phone call to let us know where he is. We waited outside for 30mins and still no phone call so we decided to leave. Winkworth manager, please have a word with your staff. This is a review from a competitor agent, we were involved in a chain with the team at Winkworth. A chain which broke down at the eleventh hour - it was no one's fault. - these things happen. However they introduced new buyers straight away, keeping everything together. But best of all the new sale exchanged and completed in just under 6 weeks, fantastic result, thank you very much.
