DO NOT USE THEM,,,I used this letting agency to rent my flat at stratford as they offered to manage it too. it was the worst decision I have ever made. Since May 2014 no rent collected has been handed over to me. On enquiring i was always told that the tenant had not paid. Finally after 6 months of not receiving any rent I finally contacted the tenant, he showed me all the bank statements proving otherwise. The agent had been lying. After months of sending letters, emails, phone calls i have had no luck, so now my only option will be to go through small claims court which i have been trying to avoid. I still fail to understand how an agent is capable of doing this? not handing over money collected on your behalf?? Just wanted to warn others.... Read more
