Taylor Wimpey build some beautiful homes, but DO NOT expect any level of customer service once you've moved in. They have your cash and they simply don't want to know. Buying a new home is a stressful and expensive undertaking. It's understandable that things can and do go wrong once you get you keys. However you will have a huge fight on your hands to get TW to do even the simplest thing. I would strongly advice avoiding TW if at all possible, or be prepared to be persistent and forceful!
