Unhelpful and very unprofessional service. Morgan Perez does not respond to emails or return phone calls. Occasionally he will email and say "I tried to call you" but he seems to forget that modern mobile phones have a call log - which shows that he hasn't. I understand that they are only interested in 'get rich quick' business, so they should say from the start that they are not interested in small or local business and stop us wasting our time. Edited to respond to Centro: Thank you for the reply. However, whilst I acknowledge that your client is not interested in 'young' businesses (although we have been established for over 3 years now) my concern is that Morgan Perez did not have the courtesy or honesty or professionalism to let me know that the client was not interested. Instead I was just blanked. Every email ignored - with one exception - where I was told that he (Perez) had tried to call me, which is clearly untrue, as mobile phones have a call log that shows who and when it was called. There had been no calls at the time he claimed. He also asked me to return his call. Which I did. Unsurprisingly, he was "unavailable". I left a message which was, again, ignored. How are we supposed to know whether the client is interested in our business if you don't have the professionalism to tell us. None of the information regarding "testing the market" or "established businesses only" was made available to me - please feel free to check the very limited and sparse emails that your colleague did actually send initially. Please stop ignoring your potential customers and maybe they would give you better reviews. Unfortunately, as you have not addressed the lack of professionalism or honesty from your company in your response, I am unable to change my view, or opinion of yourselves, and would definitely not recommend your services at this time.... I've found them to be responsive and good. I'm in a medium sized block of circa 45 flats in Sutton and they are very well maintained, inside and out, and have been for many years. Any problems and they are sorted pretty quickly and the painting etc is regularly done. I'd be happy if they looked after any flat I had.... Read more
