Out of mankind we imagined that we would not expound much on the inn. However, because of bogus input from the proprietors side, I believed that everybody should know regarding what the truth of the matter is. We agree that we were loud on the two evenings and we are incredibly sorry and upset for something very similar, yet in addition know that it was a direct result of you and the services that were been given to us. You got us the two evenings having the kettle from the living area to our room, however let me notice that you didn't assist us with giving water to drink. At the point when we asked, you said that there is a cafe on the contrary road, you didn't even give us water. The pot was taken in the room only for 10 minutes, that was likewise done as such that other guests don't get disturbed. Stating about the first night, let me illuminate you that it was our booking room and we could stay inside as long as we wanted. Besides, we got up at 11:30 and the facts really confirm that we had a long breakfast. It was because we had nothing to do the whole day so we were unwinding and enjoying the rest of the day at home. I think because of your rude attitude your housekeeper additionally doesn't let you know anything. Please speak to her again or check the video recording. It was not us who got information about the room service. The housekeeper came to us asking as to whether you occupants need any assistance with the room, that was the time you were absent there. The maid and us had a straightforward and clear discussion until you entered. After you came, you heard our half discussion and afterward you took the housekeeper in your room and you let her know that this isn't our work to do. We heard it yet decided not to say anything as we were going to checkout on the day. The greatest defect is in you and your administration due to which you will face a lot of problems in near future. There are a lot of false statements from your side, I hope you don’t do this too other tenants staying there. On booking.com it saying that the checkout time is 11:00, yet after coming there the woman said that the checkout time is at 10:30. We consented to it, yet the most serious issue was that she let us know 5-7 times to please the home by 10:30. We mentioned her that kindly permit us to remain till 10:45 as our taxi was coming, however she declined and said to leave by 10:30 itself. She had opened the main door for us and advised us to leave and the most important part is that the equipments did not even function properly, the beds were broken due to which we couldn’t sleep properly, the heater did not work. They didn't have tap in the kitchen to drink water. We used to shop till 09:30pm at Bicester village, however in the wake of getting back home we didn't have water or anything to drink. Self check in. Beds comfy. Nice hot water in the shower. Plenty of tea and coffee for use anytime day or night. Cereal and toast jam for breakfast.... Read more

There wasn't any sink in the kitchen and once a cup has been used there was no way of re using as there was a limited number available. No way to refill the kettle. Might just call it a bed and NOT breakfast, as there very limited things in the kitchen.... Read more

not a very good night stay had no remote control for the TV asked for the one lady went and got one but didn't work got woken up with a nock on the door 10mins before check out carpet was all dirty beds not good to sleep in not worth the 50 pounds I paid and than because I put a bad review up the lady goes and banned me from staying there they are rude and dont deserve too run a bed and breakfast place never stay again... Ok let me make up for not commenting. As per response of the owner it is clearly understandable the not welcoming attitude of the owners themselves. We were a family of eight with kids and we have not been kicked out or anything by you, also there were no other guests while we were using your facility .... One star goes to the low comfort of the rooms, specially the bathrooms which reminded me of camping site toilets...not suitable for a house. Fairly clean. Breakfast was advertised as been continental.... Only cereals, milk and orange juice were displayed. Continental includes other items too... On the other hand, parking outside the house is conveniently offered and available, a pub across the road also is available for some quick bites.... Read more

Enjoyed my evening here Friday night just gone. Ideal location as family just live round the corner. Shower unit and toilet in working order, slightly smaller than what i'm used to but as longs as everything works it's not a problem. Nice little idea of a small fridge in the room. Even some hotels don't supply you with them. Bed was comfy. had a good nights sleep. Only downside was one of the windows was taped up as as it was broken and happened to be the biggest window so i felt a little warm in the room even with the smaller window open. Didn't have the breakfast as I was up and straight out but when I had a quick look at the dining area, it looked clean and tidy. I'd stay here again for when I next visit my family.... Read more

ÀBeds were very soft and horrible you can feel the mattress springs against your body. Shower and wc very small. Breakfast is Ok but manageress was a bit grumpy when asked about extension to check out at 11am. Howevet its ok for 1 night somewhat to crash out.... Read more
