The flat itself was OK, but when we moved out the trouble caused by Badarians Property Management started. When we handed back the keys, the agent told us that everything would be fine and that the deposit is paid back to our account within 14 days. So we moved out and thought everything was fine. But to get deposit back from them was a hell. They told us that Owner of the property want to deduct half of the deposit due to damage in the flat. AVOID... Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - FRAUDULENT <<<<<---- If you meet someone called NAZ or AHMAD beware they will openly lie to get your money. From my experience they are the most fraudulent management i have ever seen. They will ask for a holding deposit and references, then the day you're going to collect the keys they will say it is not possible to move in anymore. Then they allowed us to move into a property were the landlady was evicting everyone, she was coming every other day to harass us, asking for the rent when it was already paid to this Management Company What a joke... be advice they should be all jailed.... LANDLORDS AND TENANTS: AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS. I rented a property from this agency for two years and the service was terrible. They never retuirn calls or reply to emails. My landlord would regularly turn up at the house complaining that the rent hadn't been paid; I had always paid, it was the agency not paying him. Worse, they failed to protect my deposit and then refused to repay me my deposit at the end of the tenancy. Now they refuse to compensate me and I am suing them. From what I can gather, the entire agency is operated fraudulently.... Read more
