EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.

Any excuse to wheedle money out of you, with endless caveats about why parts of your deposit cannot be returned. Was told we had to pay an extra £30 because February had 28 days and we moved out start of March. Complained and got it removed. £125 for magical lease renewal forms which we didn't want as we were going on a rolling contract. Apparently £125 worth of photocopying had already been done (never saw them though) so were given the option of accepting the payment deduction or appealing against it. We needed the deposit back asap so we forced to agree to this. Crooks

Really poor attitude of branch manager. Extremely rude and called me up and shouted at me coz he had to wait 5 mins. So rude!
