I would like to say a huge thank you to Martin, Jean-Pierre and Antoinette at the Bromley branch for the fantastic service I received when selling my flat. Martin in particular was a star and I don't think it would have happened without him, as I had a spectacularly useless legal team to deal with, causing major problems all round. In the last couple of weeks I think he did more work than my solicitors had done in months, dealing with conveyancing issues on both sides and yet he somehow managed to keep his sense of humour!

As soon as the property was on the market, they had arranged several viewings. They were excellent at following up on feedback and relaying that back, and when the initial buyers fell through they had the property back on the market and sold again over a weekend! Considering I was initially going to take the online-only route, I'm very pleased I went with them. Exceptional service all round - I highly recommend!! Thanks guys.

Drove 1.5 hours to see a property to rent only to be shown around a different property and told the one i wanted to see wasn't available. I was then told agency fees were £575 total - what planet are they on? To make it worse, the manager of the nice guy who showed me around rang me on my drive home and began questioning me as to why I thought the agency fees were too high, told me I wouldn't find another property for the same price in the area (despite there being plenty) and was overall extremely rude. The worst customer service I've ever experienced and the most ridiculous prices for agency fees. If there were 0 stars i'd give that.

Simon and co were really helpful in managing our sale and keeping an eye on the property as we are not local to Barnet.
The house needed a major clean and clearance and Portia did an absolutely fantastic job getting the house in order ready for sale. This was not a job for the faint hearted and she should be commended for tackling it head on as she did.
Within a day or so of Bairstow Eves putting the house on the market we had a list of 18 prospective purchasers, so Simon, Bradley and James were busy!
We thoroughly recommend Bairstow Eves of Greenhill Parade in Barnet to manage and effect a sale, particularly one that was potentially a difficult one such as ours where we were not able to carry out the additional tasks that come with selling a property.
