I have been in contact with Jean-Pierre for a couple of years whilst thinking of selling my rental property in Beckenham. He never pushed or pursued me, just contacted me occasionally & waited until I was ready. He knew I would come back to him rather than another agency! He and his team - just the best!  From the spot on valuation to Alex booking viewings & letting me know the moment she had done, we got an offer in 2 days. Antoinette and Martin helped me through tricky moments with their "progressing", in fact I could not have done without Martin whose knowledge and experience actually made the sale happen. I recently had the delightful experience of dealing with the team in Bairstow Eves Bromley, they were utterly helpful and extremely kind. I was left stranded after losing my former home and was essentially homeless. I walked into the branch and received a warm welcome from Michael straightaway who sat down with me and listened patiently as I whined on about my situation. He found me a lovely property and the entire team especially Yvonne made the whole experience easy and stress free. Fantastic lettings agent! Absolutely would recommend!

The worst agents I have ever dealt with. The property we moved into wasn't cleaned beforehand. There was mould stains around windows, dead spiders hanging from drawers, rubbish in the bin, dried food spilled out into the drawers and cupboards. I had to delay my move in date because the unfinished apartment was still very much furnished. I had to source them a removal van only for them to turn up late meaning I had to clear the furniture out at 5 months pregnant. After 3 weeks, the bath cracked and collapsed because the supports had rotted away. It took 3 weeks for them to fix this. Rising damp and mould plagued us for 6 months where we were told it's not a priority despite my being asthmatic and pregnant and having a toddler. It took a call to environmental health to start getting things sorted and even then they lied about what works were booked in. One of the worse things was probably having a faulty boiler that leaked for months. Email communications are so rude, particularly from Andrea and Mandy, we cannot bear to continue conversing with them and it's hard to log a complaint as they are 'not allowed to divulge details of senior managers'. They changed our direct debit forms by hand so you can see it's a staff member's handwriting then accused us of paying the rent a day late each month. It's just a shocking establishment with a disgusting way of conducting business. If you've a property to let, don't expect it to be managed well. If you're looking for a rental, don't expect anything once they have your deposit.

Toby from the Fulham office has been really excellent in sorting everything out, Rita was amazing for management related issues etc. All in all, best agency by far I had the pleasure dealing with during my 5 year stint in London. Honestly couldn't ask for any better. I do believe that we sold at a good time, but from the moment John came into our house to value I could tell that we were dealing with agents who went the extra mile. Not only did he give us the best valuation (in our opinion) he really went to the effort of 'selling' Bridgfords to us, backing up their performance with stats and insights. All other agents we had round simply valued then left - lazy. From the second we put the house on the market with Bridgfords they had people lined up to view it and I'm delighted to say that we had competing offers within days of going on the market and we'd agreed a sale at the asking within 4 days! All in, from going on the market to completing and moving out was 10 weeks, as I say, you can't ask for better than that. The whole team in Buxton were friendly, helpful and great at communicating with us throughout the process. A big thanks to John and his team, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Unfortunately I cannot report a good service, my experience of Bridgfords Buxton has been very different. Rude staff who simply do not contact you when they say they will. I have had to chase everything from them, and still do not have the paperwork. I would not use them to sell my house.
