The team, including Louis, Kara and Jackie have worked really hard to conclude the tenancy on a property and to get new tenants in with a very short vacancy period.

There was an unfortunate situation with the previous tenants who split up, and the team worked hard to liaise between the two at the end of the tenancy. I do not underestimate the time, tact and patience this took.

Louis found several suitable tenants and ensured that referencing was done quickly so that the new tenancy could start as soon as possible after the old tenancy ended.

This could have been an incredibly stressful situation, but the team managed to deal with everything for me and resolved all matters swiftly and professionally.

The Clacton Office have been looking after the letting of our property for more than 6 years.
