Would never recommend this place as i made an offer on a 2 bed house on Sheppey Road RM9 for £270,000 wich was dealt by Lee Clark, the offer was accepted and i was offered to oppertunity to wait until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and then i can view and purchase. Eventually i viewed the property and said im happy to purchase. Lee Clark then did more viewings and accepted a higher offer. I have all evidences and emails and proof in a diary to prove. If you are a customer or an employee of the company feel free to contact me and i can provide all evidences in much more detail.

Excellent in every way.

I didn’t have a clue about selling a property, but the friendly team here were so helpful.

Lee the manager was my first contact and reassured me they would take care of everything for me. He was right.

Karen helped me with completing and printing out any forms and sent them straight off to my conveyancing solicitors for me. She explained any next steps and guided me through all the procedures. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was encouraged to phone them if ever I had any queries.

From start to finish the customer service here really was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch.

I cannot praise the staff at Bairstow eves Dagenham enough for everything they have done for me.

I enquired about a property and from one phone call they arranged a mortgage appointment with their advisor, who sorted me a mortgage in less than a week. They understood that I was a Teacher and worked around my timings. They found me a property so quickly and really listened to what I wanted and found the right place for me. They helped me with solicitors, paperwork, and explained everything to me in ways I understood. They have sent off documents, scanned copies and just made the whole process of buying my first home so easy. Karen has made this whole process less stressful and I cannot thank them enough.

I would recommend using Bairstow Eves to buy a property. They made a very scary and new process to me so easy.

Hi,
Does anyone know if this branch still has the policy of not accepting offers unless you go through their recommended mortgage broker?
I already have a mortgage approval in principal and quite happy with the amount I can borrow and the advised rate, also I don't want another broker running quotes which could affect my credit score.
