Bairstow Eaves (namely Meeisha Brown) were very quick to respond to our request to rent out a property. The property's details were efficiently recorded, all the relevant terms of business were clearly explained and our own considerations taken on board. The property was on the market within 24 hours and accompanied viewings quickly followed. Any offers and feedback were transmitted immediately, with helpful advice at all times as to how to proceed.
