Contacted bairstow eves kingburys for a valuation to sell or to rent, was contacted by sam currie and was told with current situations they were not viewing property but was asked to send photos to help valuate. Gladly understand with covid19 and complied. 3 weeks later still no response from sam currie but a response from head office with lies to vindicate themselves. Stay away from large corporations, you get much better service from smaller companies

We chose Bairstow Eves in Kingsbury to sell our family home, and found the whole process to be unexpectedly smooth and stress free. The staff were exceptionally professional and informative - huge thanks to both Simon and Sam for their dedication and insight. We know that it is mainly down to their realism and commitment that our home sold so quickly. They sent the right people through for viewings, who matched the criteria, unlike other estate agents who seem to play a numbers game when it comes to viewings. (Which is a waste of everyone's time - so this was incredibly refreshing!)
So a huge thanks to the team here, for making the wish to move in 2019 succesful

What can I say but thank you so so much for all your hard work going above and beyond. Whilst all around looked bleak on many occasions and many delays throughout the whole process you remained calm and level headed, smoothing the way to what has now been the perfect but long conclusion. It was very reassuring to know that you were always accessible by telephone and emails and your professional approach to dealing with any "problems" was much appreciated. I never thought this day would come which I have now finally collected my keys, woo hoo!!!
