Very professional, they sold my property within 5 days and I now have an appointed person to keep up with the sale to ensure it goes through smoothly. All throughout they have been very helpful, and responded quickly to any enquiry I have had.

Difficult to contact the agency. I called them many times to have some update, I was always promised to be called back (If I could get through in first place) no one gets back to me. I sent emails, all ignored.
I then managed to speak to someone called Trevor Gannon, who advised that he needs some money to clean the property and then remarket at lower rent after taking new photos instead of the old ones.
Still nothing happened 2 weeks later
The property is still not being cleaned or rented out

A property come up onto the market. I rang up to get viewing on the first day the property come on the market, rang another 5 times... no one was getting back to me, spoke to a gentleman called David, and spoke to a guy called Neil. I was advised no viewings have taken place yet, next minute I see a sold sign on the house. I asked how this was possible, was told by david maybe I have been misinformed, I asked him if his branch took back handers and that's why they restricted the viewings on the property, he put the phone down. I wont be filling out the complaints form as I know it will probably go straight in the bin. Shocking service.

We have just exchanged contracts for our first house. Claire and the team have kept us informed at every part of our purchase and although it may have taken a little longer than we had hoped (due to lockdown) we are very excited to get the keys in a few weeks. Ask for Claire! We sold and brought a house and although we did at the worst time, (Xmas, new year and lockdown! ) Claire was there! Questions were answered. Emailed were replied. We were in the process of selling our property and looking to buy a larger one. We had our premises on the market with another local agent and had been really disappointed with the level of service and support. When we viewed a property with a Bairstow Eves agent (Ashleigh) we realised that this company were a cut above the rest. We decided to remarket with Bairstow. The next day a friendly and engaging agent (Richard) came and advised us on how to best market the property. We followed his advice and the house went back on the market. The support throughout the process was excellent. I found I could call the office and speak to someone about my sale and they knew every detail – whenever I called. When the inevitable glitches that come with a large “chain” arose this support was priceless. Claire gave me complete confidence that BE would be able to overcome any obstacles and ensure our sale and purchase went ahead.
As I write I am in my new home and could not be happier. I don’t plan to move for a while but If I do, I would not hesitate in using Bairstow Eves again.

I originally bought my house through Bairstow Eves around 5 years ago and so when I popped into the Radford Branch I was made to feel welcome by Richard who arranged a valuation the next week.He made it a non stressful experience and I was comfortable in letting the agent take the sale on.
Throughout the sale I have been updated and I would just like to thank Clare Dawe who to her last day before she was laid off due to virus made the transaction happen which I commend immensely .Clare was very professional in a unprecedented position.

Bairstow eves are a amazing agency to buy or sell your house. Buying my first home was so stressful free. From the moment Stuart visited Mum's house to start the whole process, I felt very reassured how smooth and stress-free it was going to be. In turbulent 2 year housing market Jo and her team worked like a pack of lions trying to locate the last gazelle on the Serengeti. Go for yellow bricks if you wish but these guys hold your hand all the way to a successful sale.
