Demi-Louise Mahoney certainly an expert in her field - she kept us informed on a regular basis and even guided us on the journey of negotiating an increase of an offer on our property - would highly recommend using Demi and also this branch as all staff are efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly with still a professional touch.

Charley sat with me and filled out all of my solicitor paper work when I felt overwhelmed by it all. Demi, Charley and Gary have been phenomenal. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I still remember our first call regarding the viewing of (now) our property. The viewing went great as George did a thorough viewing, and Demi and Lucy looked after us until the completion date. Demi has been an incredible and extraordinary estate agent, liaising with us and the sellers for every enquiry made.
Can't thank Bairstoves for hiring such individuals who regard customer support, care and service as one of their prime tasks. Their knowledge and understanding of how hectic these transactions can be for first time buyers; and assistance with these difficult and vulnerable circumstances has left us with overwhelming gratitude and gratefulness which has been much appreciated and obliged.

Garry Wilson and the team provided an excellent service when looking to sell my property. Garry went above and beyond to help get buyers through the door and within days I had 2 offers on my property. I have used this branch in the past to sell another property which achieved asking price offers. I would definitely use the team for future property sales and cant recommend highly enough.

May I say that my experience with this office has been nothing but greatly satisfying. The management of my sale, ranging from their initial assessment and write up, to advertising and marketing has been superb.The office manager, Garry is an experienced property sales manager on the one hand and an innovative team leader on the other, equally too are his staff, Rhianne, Demi, George and the financial advisor Mohammed who have each demonstrated effective communication skill and knowledge of their art. I would certainly recommend them and the company to my friends and family & Thank Garry and his team aforementioned for such splendid work.

- Valuer was great… knowledgeable & credible
However, once things got to the branch, it was a very different experience…
- Terrible communication
- Transactional
- Unable to get through to the office, which then means potential buyers also can’t get through!
- Did not listen to me as a client, once signed up that was it
- After a week of frustration, no communication & constant phone calls from different people to try and push a viewing I had already specific my unavailability about, the member of staff I gave the feedback to was defensive, spoke over me & to be frank didn’t care about the issues I was raising nor the fact I asked her to take the property off the market.

We had booked a house viewing in Ockendon for Saturday, 7th of May with Louiza. The day before we made 3 phone calls during workinh hours to confirm and nobody was picking up. Later in the evening we received an automated text message with a reminder for the house viewing. On Saturday morning we made 1 hour journey, only to arrive there and be told on the phone(this time they picked up) that the house has been sold. Louiza apparently has been trying to contact us many times without an answer. I don't know how's that possible without any email or missed phone calls or voicemails. Couldn't waste my time worse than this.
