Hi,
Does anyone know if this branch still has the policy of not accepting offers unless you go through their recommended mortgage broker?
I already have a mortgage approval in principal and quite happy with the amount I can borrow and the advised rate, also I don't want another broker running quotes which could affect my credit score.

Recently completed purchase of my first house. Katrina in particular at the Stratford branch was really helpful! Super responsive, helped co-ordinate between many sides of the transaction and supported me from start to finish throughout uncertain times.

A huge thanks to the team at Stratford, especially Scott. I recently bought a property with these guys on the seller's end, and Scott really pulled out all the stops to get questions answered and smooth over any crossed wires between our conveyancers.

The negotiation process was made pragmatic and quick, and, for a first-time buyer, having Scott's years of experience on my side made the entire process a lot less painful than it could have been.

They are a well-established team with masses of expertise, and clients come back to them year after year; I'll be doing the same when I next come to buy or sell. Office easy to find a stone's throw from central Stratford, available 6 days a week, large portfolio and absolute experts in the local area. Cannot recommend them enough.

A very professional service, especially with the lockdown in between our first meeting and able to let, which was very quick when the Government said Go.
Price of service very competitive, and Customer Service great, with regular updates, and all calls returned in a timely manner.
