A house we wanted came up for sale and we tried relentlessly to get in contact with the agent to book a viewing but no response and calls not returned. We understood that because of Covid, they may not be functioning normal times. The house sold after a few days which had us confused as we weren't able to contact anyone so how did that even happen. Anyway, I could go on and on about our experience but it may end up being quite a long story.

The poor feedback is not because we missed out on a house we wanted but the way the team dealt with us once we managed to get in contact with someone. The manager Ross was quite short with us and rude to say the least. Quite how he got the title "manager" is beyond me as he is unable to even "manage" to return a call or simply reply to a message in a polite manner. I can only assume he's just using the title to make himself sound important.

Such is life, we found our house in the end ????.

The team at Bairstow Eves were incredibly helpful with helping myself and my former partner sell our jointly owned property. After a slow start with viewings once they were informed of the difficulties faced with the house they were incredibly accommodating of the difficult circumstances and were keen to help at every stage throughout. Understandably things became difficult when coronavirus hit and lockdown began, but as soon as staff returned from furlough they were relentless in ensuring our sale was completed. Dee Lake and Gemma Case in particular provided fantastic support, especially towards the last few weeks as we were nearing completion.
