I cannot rate this estate agency highly enough. From the very beginning of the sale process the whole team was so switched on and proactive in helping me to sell my house. Within five days, of the house being advertised on Right Move, 18 viewings took place and a successful offer was received. Incredible! I could not have asked for more. This was very much a team effort but special mention must go to Stacey, Kate, Naomi and Gracie. Buying and selling a home is very stressful, but with the help of this team of professionals it was so much easier than it could otherwise have been. You all deserve a medal!

We didn’t actually sell our flat through Bairstow, however the house we brought was being sold through them, and I can not thank the whole team enough!
From our very first viewing to picking up the keys everyone we dealt with was professional, kind, caring and extremely helpful, even during a national pandemic!!
A special Thankyou to Claire who went above and beyond every single step of the way to help and keep the stress levels to a minimum, nothing was too much trouble for Claire, even helping on days she wasn’t working, and with things out of her official job role..
especially considering the scary and unsettling times everybody was going through!
If it wasn’t for Claire I honestly believe we would have given up our dream future and watched the world spiral around us. Speaking to Claire was a breath of fresh air and made everything seem so positive even when we felt the world was against us!
Also a huge Thankyou to Caroline, who after hearing of our mortgage problems due to Lockdown again went above and beyond to help make sure we didn’t lose out and actually finding us a better deal then we originally had.. all with extremely short notice, and on a very tight time limit!
Thankyou to these Ladies we now are settled in our beautiful forever home ready to start our exciting new chapter ahead, I have no plans to sell anytime soon.. but if I did I wouldn’t even question choosing Baistow, and I would highly highly recommend to anybody looking to buy/sell or apply for a mortgage!

I would not recommend purchasing (or selling) through Bairstows. As a first time buyer I have had a horrible experience. Waited 1 year for our seller to find a property to buy but within that year the staff were rude, unresponsive, told us to stop emailing.... Never again!
