As an expat, I knew moving during a global pandemic was going to be a nightmare. However, Paul Loding at Balgores was INCREDIBLY helpful, helping the property owner work with me on some tricky things as a relatively new person to this country. I was able to secure a flat, get my keys, and move in all while following distancing protocol. Paul was very kind when we did the very comedic key exchange from six feet away. Very professional, vetting viewers properly. Accompanying viewers ensuring genuine feedback. Always polite and helpful. Their knowledge of the local area is impressive as is their representation online. They use professional photography which is money well spent, especially the virtual tour, if offered. Liaison between Seller and Buyer is dealt with in a friendly and professional way.
I would recommend Balgores as soon as you decide to move.

TO AVOID. They do not care about people and about their personal details. Disgusting service where they had us waste all day collecting all the personal documentation to send them such as bank statements, passport, proof of address, etc... for a property that already had an offer accepted. This branch should be closed and all people there fired for approving this. Who want to treat with businesses that do not respect people and their personal details?
