Awful company.
Been at London City Island for few years.
No hot water - they deny deny deny until it becomes a communal issue.
Staff who work for ballymore unfortunately enable the company and its corruption.
Service charge through roof and rising every year.
They sell to overseas market who don’t necessarily know their rights in UK.

During the final settlement activities of our unit in the Ballymore development in the Brentford, West London, Ballymore carefully parked their incomplete constructions works.
Or in other words the building was not fit for habitation, as we have now found out.
In a quest to fill their bank account, they have caused misery to the occupants of the units.
After completion they ramped up their unfinished, delayed construction works in the remainder of the building, and the coffee cups in the units are now rattling off the table........ Read more

One more time, Ballymore has shown how they can use and abuse leaseholders. Despite paying my service charges, I received (with no previous notice), a letter before claim from some debt collectors. I leave aside the way I have been treated. But they cannot even check the payments they have received. Awful company Sean the owner has always been a conman and ripped off one of his former partners just do a quick Google search you will find all the answers trust pilot keep deleting my comments because ballymore are hiding the truth, but I'm.on a quest to help more people not loose hundreds of thousands of pounds due to there conning strategies that are protected by the law. Soon as you buy an off plan property you are doomed as the surveyor will down mark the price of the property leaving you I'm limbo, so if your not a multi millionaire or a Chinese investor you will be stung and potentially lose all your money I lost 100k on a 1 bed off plan property.
