We have recently sold our house which was on a Cheshire East affordable housing scheme through Banjo properties and would like to give a massive thank you to Kate and Felix for their support through out this difficult process. This family run business was extremely proactive and attentive to our needs. Any queries we had Kate and Felix went the extra mile and responded swiftly. After being on the market with our house for over 3 months with a well known local estate agent with no joy and poor service we were recommended the Banjos! They arrived at our house gave us some constructive criticism on what needed to be changed to sell our house, told us they would sell it within 2/3 weeks and they kept by their word!!! Being on a low income its difficult to get a mortgage, but not for Kate Banjo. I came across Kate by chance, during our telephone consultation she informed me of her husband Felix, who came round the same evening to view my property. I was so impressed by the two of them I signed up straight away. Felix marketed my property with lovely photographs and an amazing video, hence to say it sold instantly. Cannot recommend Banjo Properties enough, from the 1st google search to contact everything was done so efficiently and professionally. Felix and Kate are a dream team. The property was valued and has ended up achieving maximum value. Their work was to an extremely high standard, including floor plans, description, photographs and videos all at a very competitive fee. They also went above and beyond nothing was too much for them they always told us they would be available when we needed them, helped us to find Solicitors and guide us through the whole process. Nothing was ever too much, and they have truly helped to make what could of been a stressful process be much less stressful.
