Shocking service! make you get into bidding wars and stop returning calls! why take on properties to sell if you cant manage the customers who want to buy them. BSM has always been known to lie and get people into bidding wars! would never buy/sell a property with them. Been waiting 3 days for a call back!!!!!!... Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. never return calls when interested in one of their properties. Fist time i call them to find out about a property they will be handling for the bank to selL and am told someone will call me. NO ONE CALL ME. Second time i call i ask if someone can call me back and NO ONE CALL ME. Third time i call i let them know the property i am interested in and they say once they have all the information on the property to share they will call me. NO ONE CALL ME. I find out the property is sold and for a price that is lower than i would have been prepared to pay. Subsequently they failed for both the seller and the buyer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. USELESS COMMUNICATION. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.... Read more
