James Poll and David John are an excellent team; we felt that we were in safe hands throughout the process of selling our property. James valued our property, and was knowledgable, professional and thorough. Although we had other valuations from estate agents local to Wandsworth Common, including James Pendleton, Barnard Marcus was an easy choice for us. Despite the very many other responsibilities of branch manager, James always managed to make us feel that we were a top priority, keeping us appraised of progress throughout and answering our (very many!) questions. David was a superb sales negotiator - bringing a combination of people registered with Barnard Marcus and those who had seen the property online through the doors from day 1, maintaining communication with interested parties, offering us sensible advice and keeping us regularly updated. When it came to the final negotiation, David managed the process extremely well - toeing precisely the right line to ensure that we obtained a price that we would be happy with - to the last 0.2%! My experience to buy an apartment in London via Barnard Marcus has been great. From the beginning, my real estate agent, David John has been excellent ! He had meet all my criteria in a very short period of time. He is very supportive, efficient, available and he only show you proprieties that worth it.
