Barnard Marcus - Streatham

From the moment we met James and the team we knew they would be the right agents for us. They were honest and professional and tried to get us the highest price possible while being realistic about the state of the market. We sold in under three weeks and they generated a lot of viewings in that short space of time. We had originally considered an online agent but have been totally convinced that the service we got from Bernard Marcus more than made up for the slightly higher cost premium. Having an agent that was really invested in our sale made all the difference for us. We honestly believe it led to us getting a bit more money for our property than we would have got online while helping the whole process move along smoothly.

Barnard Marcus - Streatham

Organised to see five properties through Michael in sales, only to be left a mysterious voicemail saying that they had all become unavailable. Not only was this voicemail left two hours before the viewings were supposed to happen, it was the only attempt made to contact me. Unprofessional at best. Lost himself and his company a fee and lived up to the unfortunate stereotype that estate agents already have. Other bloke on the phone in lettings seemed like a good guy.
