Like everyone else you have to give a star to leave a comment but its not worthy of a star. Unprofessional, no communication skills, sneaky, loves telling lies, no care attitude until something needs sorting their end. Seems to magically forget or pretend to be unaware of rules and regulations. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this place. How it still runs baffles me. I can find no reason to recommend Barons Estate Agents, and every reason to ward against using them. From the start of my tenancy, right the way through to the end, the service I experienced with Barons was nothing short of terrible. At the beginning of the tenancy, we were informed that Barons would be dealing with us and the landlord would not be directly involved. This isn't an unusual practice. What was unusual, however, was that Barons clearly thought that their role was part-time: several times we had very pressing issues (due to the deteriorating conditions at the flat) and Barons flat out ignored our attempts to contact them. In all honesty, the only thing that you can rely on for Barons is for their consistent inability to respond to any communication, whether it be calls, texts, or emails, no matter how important the issue is. These experiences extended to the end of our tenancy, when I was left genuinely fearful that Baron's had done a runner with the sum of my deposit. It took more than a month, and a flat out lie from Barons that the sum had been transferred, to receive my deposit back. I can find no reason to recommend Baron's Estate Agents, and every reason to ward against using them. As other's have stated, I would absolutely review this estate agents as zero stars, if it were possible to do so. They are unprofessional, completely unreliable and have no integrity.... Read more

For an otherwise single female in a flatshare, i found Steve to be really unprofessional. He did not make me feel comfortable having him as a landlord due to his lack of response on urgent matters. The bathroom came off the wall and it took me slipping and falling over for them to fix it. In the meantime, all anyone had to say was can you have baths instead of showers. It took too long to get it fixed and even then, it was so obviously bodged! Do not use barons, no matter how dire your situation may be. It took months for a rent contract to come through, it's just not good enough.... Read more

Absolutely awful service. Steve would be all smiles when things went well but utterly useless as soon as there was a problem. Rented a place from him in East Molesey and he showed up in his Jag but no repairs to the s**thole were ever done until the owner decided to sell. Suddenly workmen were all over the place and as Steve was too busy he texted us to do the viewings for him without explicitly asking to actually do them. Total desaster as we misunderstood and no one was there for the viewings and then he had a go at us! He is useless and untrustworthy and I would never ever deal with him ever again.... Read more

Nice on phone but they never phone back even when they promise to do so, failed to turn up for appointment, no explanation no interest, ..very very upset by lack of profesionalism..Would never use again..avoid if you want a decent service.... Read more

If there would be 0 stars I would rate it 0. Absolute awful from the beggining. At first Steve the agent was really rude and talking to me like I was his mate even though I am his client. Interrupting, not aswering his phone, not aswering his emails unless he needs something from you. The place he showed us was great and the landlord is amazing person so we still decided to take the place. Referancing process was awful as well, we provided everyhing as soon as possible and he fail to send us the comfirmations and the links. He also was late to draw up the contract and took him half a year to send a copy to us!! Not to mention that the inventory pictures or any confirmation is still not sent and it has been more than a year! He claims that he is busy but now he is constantly herassing us regarding the reneval fee with emails and phone calls. He was so eager for us to sign the reneval so he "forgot" to mention about the renewal fee. Nothing on the reneval form states that there is a fee and now he says to check the contact even though we could not even see the copy of the contract for half a year!! How rude. So unprofessional. Please avoid.... Read more
