I would undoubtedly suggest BARONS of London for their services.It is a very professional and friendly agency. I had to arrange by distance accommodation in London which was very stressfull. Nevertheless, Mostafa helped me out to find the proper flat for me and we arranged very effectively everything by distance. Mostafa is very friendly, replies very quickly to all inquiries and is always available for further support. There were fresh linen and towels, and they even provided me a small hoover upon my request. The apartment is just like presented to the pictures, very fresh and modern with clever details. If I could choose one word to describe Barons of London, it would definitely be ‘excellence’. I recently got a job in London and had very little time to arrange accommodation. I also had to do this long distance, which was quite scary as such ventures usually involve transferring a significant amount of money online without any actual face-to-face contact with the landlord. What can I say…I was incredibly lucky to come across Barons of London and they were superb from the very first message I sent. Not only was Mostafa extremely patient with all my questions, but he also responded promptly, politely and sent me additional information and pictures. He didn’t rush me to make a decision and never used any of the cards other landlords play all the time. The contract itself was very professionally written. They even signed and sent me a scanned copy to ensure I felt comfortable with everything. I was arriving on a Sunday and Mostafa arranged for a member of the team to meet, greet and help me move in. They even provided me with fresh linen and towels. When I came into the flat it looked exactly the same as in the pictures…there was nothing different about it! I was actually surprised because this was the first time I had seen a flat that didn’t look different from what I had been shown. Ever since I moved in, Barons of London have continued to be professional, responsible and kind. Mostafa sends regular updates to all tenants, replies very quickly to inquiries and is always there for additional help and support. No one ever enters the flats without prior request or notification – they respect one’s privacy and personal space. To be honest, I have never had such a good experience with any agency or landlord, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in London or coming here soon. Our representative Mostafa was extremely professional and responsive from initiating contract to closing the deal. They go above and beyond to ensure client needs are met which is a rarity when comparing with other estate companies I’ve dealt with in London. Overal , offering superb customer service is there biggest strength, which serves as a core value to persons going through the procedural stress when moving.
