The property lettings support centre is absolutely excellent particularly Morgan Trueman who is always most helpful and tries hard to make sure my queries are answered in a timely fashion. I am unable to fault anything he has done to date and would recommend the services provided. Nicole Allen is also very helpful all the time as are all the office staff in the Paignton office as well as their manager Jessica.
Dire experience . Disingenuous way of working. Lengthy delay in response times. Totally unaccepting of any critisism about the poor level of service. Typifies the stereotype of what you expect from estate/letting agents. Poor show!

I would not recommend this company. They were keen to get my business. So I agreed to do businesses, at the point of sale I asked will my house show on your website, oh yes I was told. After 2 weeks I checked to see if it was on and found it wasn't, so I rang and was told "the person who put them on the internet left, so it's been missed, I will get it done. Then I left a message for the guy who did valuation to contact me asap, after 6 weeks no reply came. I also asked what they were doing to try and sell, I asked how many of the enquiries you've had have you followed up on, there was no acceptable reply. After 6 months I decided the service was not what I had been told and moved to another agent. I do not feel Williams Hedge did enough work to try and sell
A fantastic company who I would be happy to refer to anyone I know. Stags Totnes has a very professional team of individuals who have a wealth of knowledge of the real estate industry as long as providing excellent customer service. I hope to deal with them again in the future.
Ignorant, rude staff. I have been messed about as a prospective tenant with Stags for over 3 years. They have allegedly added me to their mailing list although I have never received one mailing with suitable properties. I have queried this with them by email, over the telephone and in person over 10 times and have been constantly assured that they will contact me as soon as a suitable property becomes available. Last week after chasing them for the millionth time they emailed me to say they cannot recommend me as a tenant. I responded to ask why, they ignored me. I responded again to ask them to elaborate or provide reasons, they did to respond. I emailed them to ask for their formal complaints procedure as I believe they are discriminating against me on several grounds, they have not responded. Breaking every ARLA and NAEA rule in the book. I shall be taking this further.
