customer service is very poor .I had no positive response at wembley branch barratts from the staff today.The staff who was standing at the counter was not helpful atall. It seemed the staff had lack of product plus company policy knowledge. she was very rude and not polite at all.At the end of the day if i am paying for the goods and for any reason i m returning it doesnt not mean that the staff has to be rude to the customer.I wont recommend any one to shop in barratts as there policies for returns is rubbish and staff is very unhelpful.when i said to the staff that i wont shop in barratts again due to the policy ...she straight away said to me its upto u.As if no respect for the customers who are paying you .I think they need training or replacement of staff at wembey branch....
