Considering the acrimonious circumstances within which we currently find ourselves, one still cannot fault the actions of this company. It is not Barrett's fault that we find ourselves suddenly homeless, but the landlord. Gracious and helpful to the max, all of the problems we reported faithfully have been addressed in a timely fashion. All I would ask is that they vet all potential landlords to a higher standard than currently exists.... Read more

Well still loving it, I have rented a property from Barretts for over 5 years now and their service is fantastic. They get issues like maintenance sorted promptly and their fees are very reasonable. I like that it is also a local family run business and the staff are ever so polite and friendly. A lot better than any other agents in the Wickford/Basildon area... Read more
