Baxter Lambert managed the leasehold flat/block of flats we lived in for 7 years and have always kept the communal areas and gardens well maintained and to a high standard.
When we were moving away from the property our solicitor and our buyers solicitor were totally incompetent when it came to the management pack produced by Baxter Lambert - Karen Frances was wonderful, she filled in all the gaps (which were clearly included in the pack) and I genuinely believe if it wasn't for her patience and guidance, our move would have fallen through! Thanks again Karen - you really are a credit to Baxter Lambert and a superstar!

Very poor service put a new door and lock on the meter cupboard and refusing to give residents a key to access their meters, I have to give a meter reading every month or get a over priced estimated bill

Prejudiced against disabled people. Diane has been horrible every time I have had the displeasure to deal with her. Breached a standard agreement. Today, refuses to take a complaint in breach of The Equality Act. Wow!

Six stars. Baxter Lambert are a terrific company and I would unhesitatingly recommend them both for lettings and for sales.
For over twenty years they managed properties for us which were occupied by a range of tenants. Not all of these tenants were easy to deal with, but Baxter Lambert were careful to maintain cordial relationships with them at all times – while still fully protecting our interests.
They handled every aspect of rental, income, maintenance, insurance, legal issues and local council liaison with tact, efficiency and attention to detail. Routine matters such as boiler checks were arranged without needing my attention; anything more complex was raised with me, accompanied by sound advice and quotes they had already requested from reliable builders.
Their accounting was clear and efficient, and their fees agreeably affordable.
They have a deep understanding of the areas they cover, refined by many years of specialist local knowledge.
On top of that, every member of their team is a pleasure to deal with.

B&L manage our building - no work has been done in the last 9 years in spite of requests for general maintenance. I am having to pay for maintenance myself for general upkeep as well as management fees. Absolutely dreadful and rude service. I would not recommend this company to anybody for property management

Useless in property maintenance. Rude. Lack of integrity in all matters. No responsible record keeping for past expenditure records. Managed our flat for 2.5 years and no visible maintenance for many years. Exterior ceilings falling off. Paint weathered down to bare concrete and still no accountability taken.
