We recently used Druce to purchase a property which has just completed. Druce identified the property and presented the option to us and provided a responsive and helpful service throughout. I would like to specifically thank Max, as he was a well informed agent with a knack for dealing with people in a fair and polite way. From experience, as a buyer, we understand agents usually represent the sellers interests and sometimes in doing so let down buyers in term of service once an offer has been accepted. I did not receive a let down of service. Thanks.

Throughout the whole process--from viewing to offer to move in--Harry and the whole Druce team were incredibly understanding, thorough, and communicative. So nice (and rare!) to work with a London letting agency that treats tenants as real people. Would definitely recommend renting a property through them.

Michael and the team at Druce were amazing in finding tenants and prepping my flat. They correctly assessed that I could do better with my rental and worked hard to find me the best tenants (profile, background check, financial offer) and in fact found me several tenants from which to choose from! Michael helped throughout the process (arranging removals, storage, carpet change, etc.) with exceptional courtesy, professionalism and promptness. Such a breath of fresh air. Can't wait to go through the whole process again.

I can't praise the responsiveness and professionalism of Bective enough. From start to finish, they were easy and transparent to deal with during the sale of my property. Lydia particularly was calm and patient, especially when under pressure and on the receiving end of my stressed calls/messages. She always called back quickly (even out of hours), and chased agents/solicitors relentlessly, to the point where I feel that exchange would have been long delayed without her. I couldn't have asked for more from a premium agency who know Brook Green and their clients extremely well. Recommended without hesitation.
