These guys are absolute jokers, and have no idea about selling a property. I have sold a number of properties over the years and used different real estate agents. My recent experience with Bective Leslie Marsh (Notting Hill office), has been absolutely disgraceful. It is no wonder that online agents like Purple Bricks and Yopa are getting traction.

After listing the property for sale with Bective Leslie Marsh, the original agent I spoke with was nowhere to be seen. I was left with some junior person (or someone that clearly had no idea about selling a property) to deal with.

It was only after chasing numerous time, I would even be contacted about how the sale was going. This was often not more than a print-out from Zoopla! There was zero effort to sell the property; no suggestions on what could be done - even after asking if we should drop the selling price (below market) they didn't even respond. After complaining, I had a short phone call saying that they would provide regular feedback. Not apologising or even making an excuse for the ridiculously poor experience. However, after this, nothing again...

It was the Notting Hill office that I was dealing with, and I would avoid them at all costs. These guys have no idea about selling a property, and are beyond incompetent.

I dealt mainly with Ed Plumb. He has great integrity and works very hard to get results, not just to win your business. Very honest, good to deal with and spin free. In Brook Green I would look nowhere else

They've been managing my rental property for quite a few years now - and when the last tenant's left, I was amazed how quickly and easily they found and installed the next tenant. Patricia was great.
