Coming into this experience I had low expectations from an agency based on previous experience , however during the whole period Mehran and the team were on it from the start. Used the Services of Behr & Butchoff for renting a property in NW8. Have been dealing with them since 1987 although had a break for a number of years when the property was not rented. Worked with Nina (and in the past Richard). Very professional and efficient. Effective follow through on outstanding matters. Treated like a loyal customer on rental fees but costs on management (especially where any work is required) needs to be watched. Overall a great team and great service.

Very professional service on the lettings and sales side. We strongly recommend dealing with Mehran in residential sales and Nina on the letting side. They make your life incredibly easier and transactions are carried out in a fair, smooth and easy manner.

Even though it took 8 months to complete the deal, Pierce was very professional and helped out along the way. He kept me updated on the issues that were delaying the completion and worked diligently to get the deal over the line.
