From the moment we made contact with Bell Ingram's Inverness Office to request a viewing on the house we eventually purchased, we couldn't have asked for a better service. We flew up to Inverness Airport and the first viewing was arranged to fit in with our arrival and return journey so we didn't have to wait around for long. Joanne showed us around the property and we explained that we needed to move quickly as another property we were supposed to be buying had fallen through at the last moment and she put our offer to the vendor very swiftly and a sale was agreed before we flew home. We were kept informed of progress throughout and other viewings of the house were organised for us without any hassle. We would highly recommend Bell Ingram to anyone wishing to buy a property and when the time comes, we shall definitely sell our property through them without hesitation.

Recently bought a property via Bell Ingram’s Oban branch. I rarely write reviews but felt that the service I received was one of the most positive estate agent dealings I’ve had. The staff (Laura and Mari) were responsive, helpful and upfront about the negotiations between myself and seller rather than being woolly and having the feeling you’re being slightly played against other interested parties which I’ve experienced in the past with house purchases.
