I had been looking for properties to rent in the area for some time when a friend recommended Belvoir in Bromley, and I cannot thank them enough. The service from Darren & Chantell was fantastic throughout. They where profession and courteous, and looked after our ever needs at every step of the way. After trailing round all the letting agencies in the area, the staff at Belvoir were a breath of fresh air for me - genuinely friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to find me a property to rent, which they did in a very short time. I needed to sell a property in London due to bereavement , as i live in Norfolk I was not conversant with eastate agents in the local area. Picked Belvoir Bromley and met with Darren and Chantelle and from that first meeting I knew I was in safe hands. We agreed a price and within the week the property was sold for the full asking price .They contact me weekly to keep me updated but it usually turns into a chat! For a relatively new estate agent on the block. I cannot fault the enthusiasm and presentation of the office in beckenham and their staff. Unlike the bigger companies that have been around for years and become complacent - the team running this office are passionate and commited. Catering for the first time buyer as well as many locals selling their 2nd or 3rd home. They are a breath of fresh air in estate agency. They hold informative evenings for free but the difference is they care they haven't sent me loads of unsuitable overpriced properties they have listened and responded accordingly. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you are selling/buying or renting. Shame there are not more companies about with same values.... Read more
