Where do I start... Please read the reviews before proceeding with Belvoir Huntingdon because it says it all... From the very start we had a number of problems, but the worst being the absolutely awful customer service we experienced. The manager has no care for customers and is extremely rude the other colleagues are incapable of the smallest tasks and cannot even be bothered to pick up the phone. Problem after problem and would give 0 stars if I could. Resulted in having to get the property ombudsman involved... STAY AWAY!!... Read more

If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. Seriously, it doesn't matter how good the price or property looks, please save yourself proper nerve damage and probably some money and AVOID THIS AGENCY. We managed to stay in property only 6months. Worst time of my life. If only I could turn back time. Exactly rude, never thought anyone working in such a business can be so rude. They will never want to fix anything until you shout or cry to them and first they will make you think that's it's your responsibility. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES AND REPORT EVERYTHING. I asked if I could comment on the service I received from Naomi Brice, Belvoir. I felt every need was met for me in a timely fashion. Naomi's service was perfect, very polite and straight forward. The biggest mistake ever! Very rude, never picking up phone. Just looking how to get you money! Hiding fees which u need to pay at the end of the tenancy. Caused way too much stress to deal with them. Never even look at the properties which they are offering!!!... Read more

The property we moved into wasn't set up to be lived when we moved had to registered address had no bins. we had to do everything ourselves, when any issues arrived in the property they were slow to respond to and when they did it was extremely half arsed. Nothing ever got sorted no matter how many attempts on contacting them. Wouldn't recommend using these this particular branch for renting from or looking after your property... Read more
