Awful attitude of branch manager (Jane??)…..wanted to rent an apartment but was left with the impression that no matter how many viewings we attended,, we were never going to be successful. Went elsewhere and were treated very nicely. Would not recommend.

Recently left my rented accommodation of 2 years. Rented through Belvoir and they were great. Jane and the team were always friendly and helpful and I'd definitely recommend their services.

Was interested in one of their flats. They called me and gave me a non-negotiable viewing date with one day's notice. I'm at work on that day and time and they essentially asked if I could leave during my shift and return to work after the viewing (because apparently that's how the real world works?). When I said I wouldn't be able to they basically said they're sorry to hear that and that's it. So they want working people moving into their flats but make no effort to accommodate working people?

Can't rate Belvoir highly enough, I sold a property through them and was breaking the chain before my onwards purchase. Amy Evans went above and beyond (as did the rest of the Belvoir team) for my sale and sorting my let with them while my onwards purchase came together. Both as a seller and a letter a seamless experience.

Breagha has been so helpful throughout our renting process. We'd never rented before so had lots of questions and she always replied so quickly and gave advice. We really appreciate it! The team also gave us a moving in box and a card which was just a really nice and personal touch.

I found the company very efficient and helpful. Breagha was fantastic, she arranged the viewing and all of the proceeding documentation to be sorted and made moving nice and easy for me. Would defo recommend.

Just moved into my new place - Breagha was absolutely superb from start to finish of the moving process and even when I picked up my keys she was supportive and helpful. Fantastic service and literally could not say enough good stuff about her and the agents she works for, one last thank you to you guys ?? My daughter and I will be really happy in our new house.

First experience of using Belvoir and easily the most hassle-free letting agency I've ever had to go through. Efficient, friendly, professional throughout the whole process. Breagha was the assigned agent I dealt with and she could not have done a better job from start to finish, courteous, attentive and always putting the myself as the prospective tenant first. Should I need the services of a letting agency in future, Belvoir will be my first port of call.
