Was interested in one of their flats. They called me and gave me a non-negotiable viewing date with one day's notice. I'm at work on that day and time and they essentially asked if I could leave during my shift and return to work after the viewing (because apparently that's how the real world works?). When I said I wouldn't be able to they basically said they're sorry to hear that and that's it. So they want working people moving into their flats but make no effort to accommodate working people?... Read more

Amy Evans went above and beyond (as did the rest of the Belvoir team) for my sale and sorting my let with them while my onwards purchase came together. First experience of using Belvoir and easily the most hassle-free letting agency I've ever had to go through. Efficient, friendly, professional throughout the whole process.
