Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

I did not end up viewing a particular property, deciding that it would be too small. Regardless, the estate agent did go out of her way to accommodate me for this particular viewing at a most busy time of year for buying and selling.
I would definitely contact them in the future.

As well as excellent Customer Service, Belvoir's attention to detail within the letting process is outstanding - absolutely nothing was overlooked, every detail was attended to in a most efficient manner. Having successfully completed my Second Tenancy Application process over, in the last eight years with them and taken up residence, I feel very confident and secure knowing that Belvoir will continue to manage my property for the duration of my tenancy. We rented our first ever home as a young couple through Belvoir Shrewsbury and was at the property for almost 2 years. Throughout our time there, both Belvoir and our landlord did all they could to fix any minor issues we faced … I must add this was all done during the peak of a global pandemic. I would like to thank them, in particular Jodie and George who have been ever so helpful during the end of tenancy period. I hope whoever moves in next enjoys it as much as we did.
