Belvoir sales and letting team have helped me where no one else would.
They were compassionate and always kept me informed, they helped me at my lowest point in my life just after my mum passed away, I tried different letting agency’s to get a property but none of them would except me because I’m disabled, but belvoir didn’t, it’s made me feel wanted again.
Now I have a beautiful 1 bed flat and looking forward to the future.

I could not have wanted for a better service. From day one, Craig was excellent, quick, responsive, and professional.
The photos and virtual tour of our home were great and really helped secure a quick sale.
Unfortunately, the sale proved somewhat challenging, but thanks to Craig's tenacity we got there in the end. I would recommend 100% Belvoir and Craig if you are selling your home.

Belvoir sub let my daughter and her boyfriend an apartment that was a death trap. Had a prohibition order put on the property due to fire risk by The Leicester Fire Department. They had to evacuate. Left with no home, no compensation, no rent back and only offered half their deposit back even though they were not allowed back in to clean it. Belvoir have said its nothing to do with them. Be very careful which property you rent.
