Anna and Kevin have been very helpful throughout the process of renting my flat. Kevin is smart, proactive and prompt to response for all my enquiries. Anna is working hard to find the right tenants for me. She has good negotiation skills which managed to get a better deal for me. Undoubtedly, two of them are brilliant representatives for B&R. The only comment I want to raise was the preparation of the tenancy agreement. The content of the agreement is generated via the rigid system without my review, this procedure led to difficult to amend and delay the acceptance of the agreement... Read more
