I have been a client of Benham and Reeves since 2003 and the service has not always been satisfactory. When our flat came up for letting last month, Brett Boyd, the manager, contacted me. I found him not only professional, but also extremely helpful. He kept me informed about viewings and ensured that the period the flat remained empty was minimal. The contract paperwork was dealt with expeditiously by Veronica. Brett also helped deal and resolve some of the issues raised by the new tenants. I have been extremely happy with my dealings with the Kensington branch on this occasion.

I've used Benham and Reeves to let my apartment for nearly 20 years. Their Letting service is excellent and their local knowledge and reputation leads to a ready supply of first class tenants. The Management Service is very efficient for both tenant and landlord; the quality of maintenance and staff are first rate-I have complete confidence in them. The record keeping is prompt and accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

After viewing a property with dexters today I was very impressed with their quality of service. Their agent, Eva, was very polite and attentive and did a superb job in showing us around the property which made it an enjoyable experience throughout. She was happy to help as much as possible also giving us a good idea of the surroundings and local area.
