After buying through Benjamin Matthews, we were so impressed by the service that we had no hesitation that we would use them again when we came to sell three years later.
We're very glad we did as Ben and George made the whole process straightforward with their organisation, communication and helpful advice. Ben's sensible valuation meant we were able to sell quickly and despite the pandemic, move within three months. Like any house move, there were a couple of stressful moments along the way, but Ben and George were always contactable which made things much easier.

As first time buyers, not fully aware of exactly how the process worked we met a lot of very pushy agents who were keen to force us into a purchase and move on. Particularly for houses that were over valued and needed a work doing to them.
When we met Ben we had a completely different experience and he was definitely one of the contributing factors leading to our purchase.
