What a bunch of crooks - they did not repair anything when the rain poured through the roof for three weeks!!! They had the audacity to charge me for the structural repairs when I went to leave from my deposit and then charged me £180 for a checkout!!!! DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET.

Rented though this estate agent a few years back. Whilst I was living there, they decided that some work needed to be done on my room and I was effectively not allowed the use of my room for this time. The contractor they used was incredibly unprofessional and even left pornographic material in the room. Also numerous times, estate agents or contractors came round with no notice, completely ignoring the contractual obligation to give 24 hrs. When we pointed this out at the end of our contract, suddenly the part of the deposit that they had withheld was released without further argument...

I am absolutely unhappy as I lost time and money because of the wrong and bad consulting of Ian who is the branch manager in West Norwood. I would have never ever accepted this promotion so called full "let only"service for 0% for a limited time only. They committed me to only work with them as they will be the only agency promoting my flat. Really bad tactic. Their service is awful and advise wrong no constructive feedback at all. DO NOT fall into this trap and Ian's lack of proficiency and lack of communication!
